Prompt and courteous follow up of prospective clients to ensure receipt of LED Lighting proposals sent out with personal phone number and/or emails; also establish standard emails. Type or update Spec Sheets, Agreements, Proposals or Energy Analysis proposals as required. Utilize LinkedIn website to connect with relevant contacts; also https://re-nj.com/ for potential projects. Any other office duties including phone answering and following up debtors as required.
