- Answer member calls to resolve their requests in a timely manner.
- Assist members with any needs related to Credit Union???s e-commerce services.

- Track member interactions for monthly reporting purposes.
- Be the backup for all digital member touch points
- Performs other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- To maintain a positive attitude and deliver Live CENTRIC service to all members.
- To complete and file all necessary documents in a timely manner.
- To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
- To answer all calls in a timely manner.
- To proactively seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the betterment of our
membership.
- To maintain an effective working relationship with other members of the team to resolve
problems and assist members.
- To maintain a professional manner and positive attitude while working with other staff members.
- To ensure web site is current, alterations are to be made within 24 hours.
- To work with members when problem situations arise and resolve these problems within 24 hours.
- To utilize training and experience-based knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex member
problems while providing specific explanations.
- To handle internal inquiries in a timely manner.
- To process daily mail with minimal errors. (Returned mail and loan payments)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education- A high school education or GED.
