Spherion Staffing is interviewing for a temporary position of Service Desk Analyst. This is a remote position for someone in North Dakota. We are looking for an entry level graduate of an IT program.
Pay $18/hour
8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:

-Gather information through customer conversation to assist with issues requiring informing or troubleshooting to be done in a timely manner
-Use support tools and enlist the aid of additional support staff if necessary
-Coordinate issues outside the scope of their capability or responsibility in having additional assistance from other service resources from other divisions and teams
-Generate provision of requirements for users in the self-service intranet and update requirements
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Associates degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field
-Must be able to perform effectively under pressure, have good problem-solving skills, must exhibit a positive enthusiasm toward work, co-workers and customers
-Must also be self-motivated, accurate, reliable and consistent and must be willing to work a rotating shift and be on-call periodically
-Must be detail oriented
-Must have excellent documentation skills
-Must have high end computer skills
-Need to be process oriented
-Ability to follow processes consistently
