The Technical Coordinator provides technical support relating to new parts and repair work for all PHE, HSS, and SEP product lines as required. This position provides technical support to the order and shop
coordinators, shop team leads, and to company representatives and end users.
Responsibilities:

1.Research customer equipment to confirm accuracy of parts and lead time.
2.Assist in design of special parts required for multiple product lines serviced.
3.Schedule and host equipment / test inspections with customers.
4.Provide input / guidance for repairs covering multiple product lines serviced.
5.Utilize BPCS programs, Jeeves, Installed Base, SALLY, CAS and OPTO, etc., to find information and to update modifications made on equipment.
6. Position is based in an office environment with approximately 50% of the time in the machine shop, welding area or assembly area. There is the possibility of coming into contact with residues of customers??? products.
