We are seeking candidates who are energetic and positive to deliver exceptional customer service and to ensure the fleet vehicles are functioning properly.
The Vehicle Service Coordinator is a temporary role with the opportunity for permanent hire. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Benefits package offered.
Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with fleet management issues including the status of their vehicle orders, fuel card problems, vehicle maintenance, etc.
- Collaborate with sales staff to support them in managing their accounts
- Work with vehicle manufacturers/vehicle dealerships to place orders for new vehicles
- Work with fuel and maintenance vendors to resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A valid driver's license
- 1-2 years of prior customer service work over the phone and via other electronic communication
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn other software packages
- 1-2 years of service writing or other similar experience is desired
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and/or finance industry is a plus
- ASE Certification is a plus
