Responsibilities:
Responsible for unloading of trucks and delivering the shipping documents to the Warehouse Operations
Manager for processing.
??? Inspecting incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual inspections; rejecting and
returning unacceptable materials.
??? Loading customer shipments as directed by the Warehouse Operations Manager or Production Manager.
??? Ensures product labeling is correct and matches paperwork.
??? Making recommendations for improving the shipping and receiving processes. Makes recommendations to
enhance and enforce policies and procedures for logistics activities.
??? Helps manage warehouse operations, including but not limited to storage, tracking and retrieval of raw goods
and inventory.
??? Verifying that containers are properly labeled, and bulk products are put into proper bins, that boxes/bags are
properly sealed, and appropriate boxes are properly stacked on skids, if required.
??? Provides feedback to supervisor regarding safety, fit, tolerance, quality, appearance or questionable
procedures and practices.
??? Assist production supervisors with material handling, blending material and returning materials after
production run is complete.
??? Knowledgeable of ISO9001 and ISO13485 documentation and requirements that are directly related to
and/or impacted by company obligations and policies.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
??? Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
??? Process-oriented. Strong customer service, time-management, and organizational skills.
??? Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form.
??? Must be able to drive a forklift.
??? Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
??? Excellent time management and organizational skills
??? Strong communication skills both verbally and written
??? Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
??? Must Have 3+ years of logistic experience
??? Forklift Certified
??? Must have experience with Kanban and FIFO
??? Ability to stand for long periods of time
