Repair and maintain a variety of machinery equipment located within the main plant. Demonstrate a steady, upward progression of skills and ability to do increasingly difficult tasks, the abilities will include but not be limited to the following:Responsibilities:Assist with the efficient flow of product through the assigned area and the major repair and maintenance of all machinery in the assigned area.Work with seasonal employees in their day ? to ? day dutiesHandle minor personnel problems.
