We need a solid customer service person, someone who can work warehouse and counter and has an outgoing personality, great attitude and is a bit OCD on crossing T's and dotting I's.Responsibilities:Under general supervision, evaluates customers' needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of products and supplies. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner.May be required to perform open/close procedures.Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.Follows all safety, health, security and environmental standards.Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:Requires at least 2 years related experience. Demonstrates oral and written communications skills. Computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
