$16.50 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate workload among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers.
Manage driver check-in and check-out processes.
Update movement schedules and track shipments.
Prepare and process work orders; troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies.
Allocate and research inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
Process shipping audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), create Bills of Lading (BOLs), and maintain reports.
Work closely with associates to rectify customer orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management.
Handle phone calls professionally and provide timely updates.
Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Customer service background in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Dispatch and transportation experience is a plus.
People-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, 10-Key).
Strong computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
