Spherion is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of the client's warehouse.

Shift: 8a-5p
Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$22 - DOE
Responsibilities:
Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications (conducting visual and measurement tests, reading drawings, and rejecting unacceptable materials.)
Inspect and approve machined parts by confirming specifications (conducting visual and measurement tests, reading drawings, and returning items for rework if necessary.)
Document inspection results by completing required reports and logs.
Generate transport documentation and labels for picked orders. (Domestic and Foreign)
Receiving, checking and signing of inbound shipments.
Ensuring storage of items and certificates in/to designated locations.
Picking and packing of orders.
Load and unloads delivery trucks
Operate forklift when needed.
Assisting with deliveries when required
Monitor and maintain stock levels of inventory.
Assist with physical count of inventory according to company procedures
Handling, storage, packaging of material, including hazardous goods.
Informing the transport company about collection of shipments.
Reporting and documenting discrepancies by completing and forwarding required forms.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment to prevent issues and incidents.
Reporting improvement opportunities to Regional Spares Manager.
Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations in order to accomplish department and corporate mission and objectives.
Work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
Superior can delegate other tasks within competence level of the employee
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP
- Administrative skills
- Forklift license
- Warehouse equipment maintenance
- Inventory control skills
- Positive and constructive self-starter
- Can communicate in English and local language
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Equivalent
Experience in/or affinity with logistics. (Experience with technical products and maritime industry is an advantage.)
Must have clean driving record
