Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete international paperwork required for all international shipments.
- Receive, store, distribute, pack, and ship all materials within established procedures and maintain the documents.
- Verify accuracy of documentation, quantities received, stored, distributed, packed, and shipped in accordance with ISP and Lean Manufacturing.
- Collect, record, and interpret data for process control.
- Ensure compliance with US laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures when shipping or handling ITAR products and hazardous materials.
- Release sales orders received from order entry, generating pick lists to prepare the orders for shipping.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Follow and continually monitor safety procedures.
Skills:
- Proven Work History
- Associates degree or higher is preferred.
- 5 or more years using an MPS/MRP production control system preferred.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control and/or warehouse.
- Must be a US Citizen
