Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and inventory management.
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
Operate and demonstrate the use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper use and safety procedures by warehouse associates of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Assist management in maintaining and establishing warehouse standards and procedures.
Assist management in warehouse associates' bi-annual reviews, counseling, coaching, and other corrective actions.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Must be quick, dependable and on time to work every day of your shift.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Qualifications:
Computer skills with knowledge of Windows-based software applications.
Compliance with warehouse safety procedures

Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse.

Agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
Available to work extended hours.
HS diploma or GED required.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
