The primary duty of this position is to accurately pick products, and assist in packaging those items using the appropriate envelopes, boxes, crates, skids or pallets to ship out customer orders. Warehouse associates must quality control check all orders for accuracy according to the pick list, shipping labels, and by making certain that packages are shipped out according to the proper service level to minimize the chance of product damage in transit.

Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently pick products for orders as indicated by pick tickets and sales orders.
Work with the inventory team on cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, inventory transfers, location issues, consolidation and the annual physical inventory counts.
Physically move product between locations for predetermined or opportunistic transfers.
Select the appropriate cartons/envelopes/boxes crates etc. for packing outbound shipping orders to minimize errors and the chance of product damage while in transit with the freight carrier.
Assist with process review, improvement and development for all applicable areas of warehouse operations.
Other duties as assigned.
