POSITION SUMMARYPerforms a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects. Assembles and tests various electro-mechanical units. Operates equipment associated within the test and mechanical assembly departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Use small hand tools (including but not limited to; screw driver, tweezers, pliers, etc.) to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies. 2. Perform transactions in a computer; completes shop move logs, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, clock in and out, log in and out of jobs. 3. Perform Go/No Go testing on PCB?s using test fixtures and other test equipment. Use work instructions to complete task and log results. 4. Test and verify ESD equipment (e.g., wrist strap and cord)5. Knowledge of customer change notice (CCN) documents and their applications6. Other duties as assigned.
