Responsibilities:
Perform complete machine set up:
oFill machine with material
oApply vacuum and then pressure before pouring

oMonitor material temperatures
oClean filters as required
oMonitor and minimize machine start up
oCalculate ratio range
oCalculate catalyst levels
oCalibrate machine and convert it over for other materials
Basic machine maintenance
Knowledge of materials and how to run them
Trouble shoot material issues
Manage materials in oven
Knowledge of proper disposal of empty drums for re-use or recycling
Inspect molds before pouring for accuracy
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
?-Able to trouble shoot material issues such as poor mix and soft pours
-Basic mechanical ability
-Familiar with performing and adjusting machine ratio.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to read tape measure and blue print.
