Shifts & Pay:1st Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM - $16/HR2nd Shift: 5PM - 1:30AM - $16.50/HROVERTIME REQUIRED, OT SUNDAYS PAID DOUBLE TIME*Referral Bonus! You get $150 once you and your referral work 150 hours!*This is a temp to hire position, once hired on full time TOA offers GREAT BENEFITS and GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES!Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily operation of the press machine, provides the detailed quality inspection of parts coming off of the stamping press and shares the responsibility for handling and palletizing of the parts into holding containers with the Press Assistant. The Press operator is responsible to notify the Team Leader or Supervisor of any abnormal condition including but not limited to the quality of the production parts or the operation of the machine and or tooling. The press operator is required to maintain daily production and quality reports.- Quality inspection and production reports- Palletizing and or handling the production parts- Machine operations, including but not limited to (machine start up, shut down, tooling changes, problem recovery, trouble shooting, minor setting adjustments, minor repair and performance monitoring of the machine and tooling.)- Complete production reports, machine work orders, tooling work orders, production logs, and quality check sheets- Instruct and guide Press Assistant and Fork Lift Driver- Insure tooling is set up correctly by Die Setters- Insure Die changes in the presses are executed properly- Lift up to 50 pound parts when handling and palletizing throughout the shiftWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simplecorrespondence.
