Our client is a fast paced citrus manufacturer in Lake County seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. Compensation is DOE (Dependent upon experience) plus benefits package for this direct hire opportunity!Responsibilities:-Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and other facilities equipment.-Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.-Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.-Mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.-Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.-Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.-Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.-Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.-Accomplish preventative maintenance (PM) and practice continuous improvement so that production equipment achieves production goals.-Execute PM tasks on schedule to ensure prevention of future down time.-Follow through on PM task and line work findings to continually improve equipment reliability.-Contribute knowledge learned through the completion of PM tasks to the PM planning process, ensuring up time and efficiency of equipment.-Ensure changes in schedules, material availability and line operations do not prevent PM's from being completed.-Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.-Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.-Must be able to troubleshoot, adjust, tear down and rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.-Interact with production supervisors and workers to solicit information about problems and performance.-Maintain a clean and well-organized work area that promotes safety and efficiency.-Intermediate electrical skills, ability to diagnose problems, change motors, replace drives, etc.-Experience with PLC logic a definite plus.-Welding and fabrication ability a plus.-Experience in beverage and good manufacturing which participation in SQF and HACCP preferred.Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMSkills:-Works within approved budget and conserves organizational resources.-Follows policies and procedures and observes safety and security procedures.-Uses equipment and materials properly and reports potentially unsafe conditions.-Is consistently at work and on time and commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.-Ability to work independently.-Is open to continuing education in Plant related fields to increase job knowledge.-Demonstrate good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.-Must be able to complete required documentation.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. This is a full time immediate direct hire opportunity!This positoin is part of a High Performance Work Team, assists with the ongoing development of maintenance programs such as RWP (Reliability Workflow Process), PMO (preventive Maintenance Optimization) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance). Manufacturing Company is seeking an Experienced I.T Integration Technician to install IT related equipment, hardware, radios,cables, connectors and is able to follow processes/procedures, along with the ability to read and follow CAD drawings. Technician must be able to communicate and document the progress for projects along the way as well.Responsibilities:-Ability to follow the I.T. Integration Process Flow to perform all Integration-specific tasks necessary to complete each project -Reading the Cable Runs spreadsheet and follow best practices running and dressing cables from the source and destination locations.-Installing (crimping, soldering, etc.) the proper connectors at each end of the cables according to SOP's and best practices.-Installing equipment according to the Rack Layout spreadsheet. Must be able to mount hardware on shelf racks for a mobile environment.-Understanding and following a comprehensive Equipment Interconnects spreadsheet which will show all of the in-rack patches and patch cable types between different rack-mounted equipment in the vehicle.-Following and installing Antenna?s according to the Antenna Layout spreadsheet which will show the physical mounting locations of all RF antennas on the roof of the vehicle.-Running the Equipment Test and document results in a spreadsheet.-Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting cabling, antennas, electronics, and accessories-Edit/update all documentation as tasks are completed to keep management up to speed on project status.-Assist Production (when needed) to complete the project, which may include work outside of the I.T. scope.Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMSkills:-Must be able to demonstrate competency in the 3 Basic IT Competencies after the initial 6-month probationary period.
