g customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Customer Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects that improve our customer service operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients and vendors to delivery exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
Review logistics and support requirements.
Develop and manage logistic metrics, internal analysis tools, and key performance indicators to ensure workflow, and outcomes are favorable for both the Company and customer.
Propose and create solutions for customers to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
Track product flow from origin to final delivery.
Train, direct and supervise work of Customer Service Representatives
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Project management experience
Previous experience working in the manufacturing or construction industries
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
MS Office Suite Proficiency
Minimum of 3 years in a logistics position
Team Player
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent time management skills
