We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our client's facility, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in all maintenance activities, including the handling of hazardous materials and the operation of heavy machinery.
Assist with facility improvements and renovations, including construction projects, equipment installations, and building upgrades.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
3+ years experience preferred
Experience with HVAC systems is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to repair and maintain a variety of equipment and systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to facility maintenance and construction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
