a pivotal figure in maintaining the seamless operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing office activities, coordinating administrative tasks, and offering support to our team members. The ideal Office Manager candidate will possess outstanding organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating benefits administration.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing assistance and support to team members as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Administration/Accounting preferred
5+ years of experience in accounts payable and Human Resources within the construction industry
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience using QuickBooks
Microsoft Office advanced proficiency
Knowledge of accounting procedures
Knowledge of HR applicable laws, codes and regulations
