Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 2+ years of direct sales experience preferredKnowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless accessAbility to educate consumers on related products and services as needed
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageeffectively and professionally with customersProficient in identifying customer needs and tailoring the right solution to the customer use caseA strong personal drive to meet and exceed sales targetsAbility to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather (mileage reimbursement is provided)Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devicesFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contactValid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving recordAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionThis role requires up to 100% vehicle travel within the assigned territory.
