“My team and I care deeply about our work. We know that creating connections for job seekers with the right opportunities can make a true difference in our candidates' lives,” said Molly Gaffney-Keebler, the Spherion franchise owner. “Our expanded facility in Morristown will allow us to provide more opportunities to those seeking employment while connecting more businesses with top local talent. Let’s get to work, Tennessee!”

In addition to Spherion Morristown, Gaffney-Keebler is the franchise owner of Spherion Asheville in North Carolina. She operates the business alongside her husband, Joe Keebler. Prior to the relocation in Morristown, the husband-and-wife business partners assumed ownership of the Johnson City office in August of 2022 from the late Carol Trahan. The Keeblers are accomplished business owners, achieving numerous accolades both within the Spherion franchise community and in the localities where their offices serve, including the highest honor of Franchisee of the Year in 2021. Gaffney-Keebler also currently serves as president of the franchise advisory board, which is an elected board of franchisees that represents and advocates on behalf of all franchise owners.

“Molly and Joe are passionate franchise owners known for driving exceptional results in their local communities,” said Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, group president of Spherion. “The move to an expanded facility not only signifies their commitment to serving more businesses in northeast Tennessee, but also their dedication to providing more employment opportunities to area job seekers. I have no doubt that their high standards for quality and excellent reputation for service will help them stand out in this new market as a local employer of choice.”

Each Spherion office enriches its community through connecting and facilitating employment opportunities every day—and when successful, the office and its investments flow back into the neighborhoods it serves. The power of Spherion is in its local roots.
