It's a great time to go into IT and technical staffing. Staffing Industry Analysts predicts that IT employment and wage growth will rise continually over the coming decade as the demand for IT talent remains strong. 

SIA reports that the Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that employment in computer and information technology occupations will add 668,000 jobs by 2030, to equal a total of 5.7 million jobs in that industry. 

At the same time, median annual wages for computer and IT occupations grew 5.7% between May 2018 and May 2020, to $91,250. This is great news for IT staffing firms that assist with direct hires and temp-to-perm positions, and earn fees based on the salaries of the roles they fill.
