The Search for a New Executive Director

A non-profit organization that provides services to individuals who have developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other related conditions was in search of a new executive director after their beloved executive director chose to retire after 20+ years in the position. 

Due to the critical nature of the role and the number of internal candidates for the executive director position, the organization quickly realized the need for an objective staffing partner.
