We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Parts Clerk to join our dynamic Maintenance/Engineering team. The Maintenance Parts Clerk plays a crucial role in providing essential support to the department by performing a variety of cross-functional duties, including but not limited to purchasing MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts, managing parts inventory, entering work-orders, and generating reports.

Responsibilities:
Procure MRO parts and materials according to departmental needs and specifications.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of essential parts and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery of parts.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and transactions.
Enter and track work-orders in the system, ensuring timely processing and completion.
Generate reports on parts usage, inventory levels, and purchasing activities as required.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill maintenance-related requests and requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in relevant field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of maintenance and engineering terminology and principles is an asset.
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
