A good candidate for the Manufacturing Associate role will have a passion for perfection and enjoy working with their hands. The Manufacturing Associate will be primarily responsible for inspecting product and removing any imperfections prior to shipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform deburring and finishing operations on machined parts using various hand tools and equipment.
- Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and blueprints to determine the required deburring processes for each part.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in deburring, grinding, or metal finishing preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as deburring knives, files, sandpaper, and brushes.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
