The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) collaborates with the Supply Chain to drive strategic projects aligned with quality and supply chain objectives. You will cultivate relationships with suppliers to foster business growth by implementing quality systems and monitoring the performance of existing ones. You will provide leadership in supplier development and engage with suppliers using strong communication skills and adaptability. You will establish supplier performance metrics, manage the development process, set annual targets, and devise plans to achieve them. The SQE plays a vital role in ensuring the company meets quality and delivery targets by leveraging technical knowledge, business acumen, and influencing skills.
