As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of products throughout the fabrication process. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing measurements, and documenting findings to uphold the commitment to excellence.

-Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
-Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
-Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, imperfections, or irregularities in materials and finished goods.
-Record and maintain accurate inspection data and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
-Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and processes.
-Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
-Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and document results in accordance with customer requirements.
-Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality targets.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
-1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
-Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI).
-Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, E Coating, and Powder Coating is a plus.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
