What if I want to hire a temp employee permanently?
We encourage it! Our "Temp-to-Hire" model is designed as a working audition. You can evaluate performance and cultural fit before making a long-term commitment. Once the contractual hours are met, transitioning a Spherion employee to your permanent payroll is a seamless process managed by your local representative.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a candidate’s performance does not meet your expectations within the initial period of the assignment, notify us immediately. We will provide a qualified replacement at no additional cost to you, ensuring your productivity remains uninterrupted.

How do I submit a staffing order with your staffing agency?
There are several ways you can submit a staffing order: 1) by calling your local Spherion office, 2) by contacting your local office through a form on our website, or 3) in person at your local Spherion office.

If an employee gets hurt on the job, is that our responsibility or yours?
Spherion handles worker’s compensation claims associated with employee injuries during scheduled work hours.
