STEP 1: Initial exploratory discussion

Once you've submitted a request to get started, one of our Vice Presidents of Franchise Sales & Development, Bill Tasillo or Dan Brunell, will reach out. They'll be your point-of-contact to guide you through the process. 

STEP 2: Overview of Spherion

We'll hold a call to discuss the Spherion opportunity. Our conversation will include the following topics: the performance of the staffing industry; how you can be successful; and the next steps in the process. Then, if you are ready to keep moving forward, you'll complete the franchise application next. 

STEP 3: Review our franchise disclosure document

Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a current copy of our franchise disclosure document. Then, we'll plan a session to review it and answer all of your questions.

STEP 4: Operations review call

Let's take a closer look at the Spherion franchise operating model and how you will go to market. We'll cover topics such as how to structure your business, your market approach, front office technology, safety focus, and then how you can bring it all together.

STEP 5: Support & sales introduction call

Now, we'll talk further about how Spherion will support your market. Plus we'll introduce you to our sales leadership team and review the support that Spherion provides. We'll dive deeper into the launch, marketing, legal, business services, business continuity planning, franchise commissions, awards and events, and Randstad Holding, our global partner.

STEP 6: Discovery Day

Discovery Day is a day designed to give you an up-close look at our business and hear from key leaders in our organization. You’ll travel to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, where you’ll have the opportunity to get to know us and we can get to know you. In some cases, virtual Discovery Days are possible. 

We'll get to know each other, have lots of discussions, and hold some hands on sessions, diving into resources we have already been discussing —from marketing tools to business services portals. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to present to our executive team on your background, experience, business plans, and goals.


STEP 7: Franchise offer

It’s about to get exciting! If everything checks out and all parties agree it’s a great fit, this is when Spherion will offer you a franchise agreement.

With your acceptance, the agreement is signed and initial fees are paid. This is where it gets real—you’re officially a Spherion franchisee!


STEP 8: Review & sign contract and submit franchise fee

Let's review and sign contracts and get you started. You will be open for business soon and you’re about to make your mark in the staffing world. We are so happy to have you as a franchisee. We’re going to be here to help you succeed.
