- Sub-assemble components accurately using hand tools and air-guns.- Operate production line equipment efficiently while adhering to all quality guidelines and maintaining production quotas.- Precisely set parts in jigs and utilize robotic assistance to affix components.- Conduct thorough quality checks during and after assembly to ensure the integrity of all parts.- Strictly follow all instructions and procedures outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Safely move products between different process areas using hand carts and dollies.- Respond to and reset alarms on equipment and make minor CNC program adjustments as needed.- Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.- Carefully sort finished goods to guarantee only high-quality parts are shipped to our customers.- Interact professionally and respectfully with co-workers and outside vendors.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.- Actively seek opportunities to improve existing processes for efficiency and quality.- Proactively promote a safe working environment for yourself and your team.- Communicate effectively with other Associates and Shift Team Leaders regarding any quality or production issues.
