Label products and boxes as needed
Manage and maintain production and warehouse layout and organization
Exposure to moving mechanical parts
Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Protective clothing or equipment is required including: gloves, boots, protective eyewear
Responsibilities:
As a Spherion Production Associate, you'll work within a dynamic and innovative team that is committed to excellence and safety; playing a key role in our client's manufacturing team, ensuring operational efficiency to produce high-quality products. - Operating production and assembly line equipment - Ensure products are bottled, labeled, and packaged accordingly - Manage and maintain production space to ensuring an organized and efficiency workspace - Ensure all safety and quality guidelines are being adhered to and followed - Help team reach daily performance goals and metrics - Lift (up to 50lbs) and move products often throughout the shift frequently - Work as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
6-12 months experience within a Manufacturing, Production or General Warehouse environment - Ability to perform basic Math - addition, subtraction, multiplication, basic division - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing - Possess a positive, can-do, attitude that will contribute to the overall team moral and company culture - Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and deadline driven work - Plus to be familiar with Forklift operations (must have been previously certified in last 18 months for consideration of these roles)

Physical Stamina - Must be able to stand for eight to ten hours per day and frequently lift up to 50lbs consistently. Bending, lifting, using hands, and arms throughout the day. - Availability - Must be available to work a standard 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule, Monday - Friday, with the flexibility to work overtime, whether you are asked to stay past 4pm to fulfill active orders, or come in for 4-6 hours on a Saturday to meet the week's goals - Reliable Transportation - You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work in Brooksville, FL. - Education - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (verification of education required) - Job Fit Assessment - all candidates being considered will be required to complete a 45 - 60 minute Job Fit assessment based on the position you are applying for
