Shift: 8-Hour Shifts as scheduled 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Thursday (Friday and Overtime as needed)
Once production goes to normal schedule, you will work Monday - Friday.

Pay/Compensation: $16.75/hour

As a Carton Maker, you will play a critical role in keeping packaging operations running smoothly by building sturdy boxes, managing labels, and supporting the production line.

Responsibilities:
- Box Assembly: Fold flat corrugated cardboard sheets into high-quality, structurally sound boxes according to production needs.
- Product Handling & Stacking: Safely pick finished products from conveyor lines, stack them efficiently onto pallets, and prepare goods for transport using proper lifting, bending, and reaching techniques.
- Label Printing & Verification: Use basic computer systems to print labels, verify label accuracy, and assist in maintaining label inventory.
- Production Line Support: Provide relief coverage for Packers during scheduled breaks and step in to assist team members when needed to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Facility Housekeeping: Keep your work area clean, sweep floors, remove trash, and maintain an organized, hazard-free workplace.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
- Great work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to cross-train and gain additional warehouse skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
This is a physically demanding role that keeps you moving throughout your shift. To be successful, you must be comfortable with the following:

- Basic computer skills for navigating automated label printing systems.
- Lifting: Ability to comortably lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, and bend continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high continuous noise levels (hearing protection provided and required) and variable temperatures (extreme heat occurs during seasonal shifts).
- Must wear steel-toed boots at all times.
- Strict no vaping/smoking policy adherence is required.
