As a Logistics Operator, you will play a central role in the daily operations of dry, freezer, and cooler warehousing.
Schedule & Compensation
- Rate: $21/hr.
- Shift: 2nd shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm).
- Training: Training will be conducted during day shifts for the first week.
- Start Date: February 9.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for receiving materials from vendors, verifying physical inventory against shipping documents, and ensuring all data entry is accurately recorded in the system. Your contribution is essential to maintaining smooth shipping and receiving processes while meeting high-quality standards.
In this role, you will also participate in quarterly inventories and weekly cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Beyond the technical tasks, you will communicate professionally with your team and perform related work as required to keep the facility running efficiently.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with SQF and GMP requirements.
- Ability to operate a hand truck or other transport vehicles.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of previous operations experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.
- Certification: Forklift experience is required for loading and unloading trucks.
- Communication: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with carriers, supervisors, and internal departments.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail for verifying lot numbers, quantities, and quality of packages.
- Technical: Ability to maintain databases and print labels according to COAs and shipping documents.
- Availability: Ability to work 2nd shift (3 pm?11:30 pm) and occasional weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed.
