We are primarily filling full-time positions on our later shifts, offering scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles:
- Machine Helpers & Assistants: Operating on consistent 8-hour schedules (ideal for 2nd shift), providing a predictable, stable daily routine.
- Extrusion Technicians: Following a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule, allowing for a dynamic work week and the excellent benefit of having every other weekend completely off!
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour.
Experienced Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour for candidates bringing specific extrusion expertise.
Earnings Potential: Regular overtime opportunities are available for team members looking to boost their take-home pay.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with lead operators, you will play a vital role in keeping production running seamlessly. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Quality Assurance: Handling, testing, packaging, and labeling finished goods to ensure they meet precise quality standards.
- Material Coordination: Monitoring resin levels, preparing raw materials, and executing efficient roll changes to prevent downtime.
- Operational Support: Maintaining accurate shift documentation and actively participating in vital machine start-up and shutdown routines.
- Safety & Compliance: Keeping a clean, orderly workspace while strictly following BRC, GMP, and PPE safety guidelines.
Skills:
- A steady, consistent employment history that demonstrates your dependability.
Qualifications:
- The ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, as well as utilize precision tools like rulers, scales, and micrometers.
- Comfort standing for the duration of an 8 to 12-hour shift and the ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for working effectively within a supportive team environment.
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent). While prior manufacturing or quality assurance experience is preferred, forklift experience is also a significant advantage.
