2nd shift production specialist.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends! Overtime & Fridays as needed)

Responsibilities:
As a Production Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
- Operating washer stations by sorting cylinders, removing plastic sleeves, peeling labels, and loading conveyers.
- Running paint line stations, including loading tanks onto hangers, applying paint protective bags, and unloading finished units.
- Managing machine stations such as shot blast, tare weight data entry, capper/date code labeling, and automated stackers.
- Performing cylinder refurbishing and prep tasks across assigned workstations.
- Inspecting cylinders thoroughly for leaks, tare weight accuracy, and sleeve defects to ensure quality control.
- Manually handling, lifting, and palletizing finished propane tanks ready for distribution.
- Adhering strictly to standard operating procedures and safety standards at all times.

Working hours: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, packaging, general labor, or logistics.
- Prior experience working in high-volume, physically active production lines.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and PPE guidelines.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Proven hard worker with demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and an unwavering commitment to reliability.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, stack, and move 35 to 40 lb. propane cylinders on your feet in an outdoor manufacturing environment across varying weather conditions.
- Ability to understand, read, and follow basic written and verbal technical instructions.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM) plus required Friday shifts or overtime as production demands.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Candidates must be able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug test.
