Responsibilities:
Safely lift, stack, and organize finished product bags (weighing 20?35 lbs) onto pallets and into designated containers for shipment.
Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment, including box assembly and tape machines.
Prep, stage, and handle fresh raw materials to keep the production line running efficiently.
Perform routine quality checks on packaging, seals, and finished goods to ensure all product standards are met.
Sort, organize, and palletize finished orders to prepare them for final staging and logistics.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment in compliance with facility safety and health standards.
Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily manufacturing quotas.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, assembly, or warehouse packaging environment.
Familiarity with machine operation, specifically automated box formers, tape machines, or palletizers.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety guidelines.
Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory and production tracking.

Qualifications:
Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver 20 to 35 lbs throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
Capability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive manual labor for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail to identify packaging defects and maintain strict quality standards.
Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours, including mandatory overtime or weekend shifts when required.
Reliable transportation and a strong track record of punctual attendance.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
