Spherion is seeking a motivated Instructor to join the training department of a major aerospace manufacturer. In this role, you will deliver existing curriculum and lead practical demonstrations to help employees master essential manufacturing systems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Pay rate: $32.00 per hour (paid weekly)

- Overtime opportunities: $48.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location

WORK LOCATIONS:
Flexibility to work at any of the following regions is required:
1. Central (Primary): Renton and Seattle
2. North: Everett
3. South: Auburn (1st shift only)
SHIFT SCHEDULES:
Shift times may be adjusted by approximately one hour.
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans and training materials based on industry standards.
- Provide theoretical and hands-on instruction using relevant tools and equipment.
- Help develop curriculum and improve the quality of education.
- Maintain a safe learning environment and follow all safety protocols.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Ability to instruct technical aerospace courses
- Proficiency with basic training delivery technology
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to teach courses in electrical installations, mechanical skills, sealant application, and environmental health and safety.
- Must be a US Citizen (required for this project level).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
