As an Instructor, you will lead practical demonstrations and classroom instruction to empower aerospace employees with the critical hands-on skills and knowledge needed for success in key areas such as electrical installations, mechanical assembly, sealant application, and EHS compliance.
We are looking for dedicated candidates who can flex between the first and second shifts and are open to working across our Puget Sound client sites.
Compensation & Work Environment
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour (Paid weekly through Spherion)
Overtime: Opportunities available at $48.00 per hour.
Work Shift & Location Flexibility (Required): Candidates must be flexible and open to working at one of our three primary client locations on either the 1st or 2nd shift.
Locations: North (Everett Area), Central (Renton and Seattle), South (Auburn - 1st shift only).
Shifts (Possible +/- 1 hour adjustment):
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Travel Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement (currently $0.70/mile) is provided for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location.

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, engaging lesson plans and training materials aligned with industry and client standards.
Provide a mix of theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring adults learner gain valuable hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment.
Assess and evaluate performance, offering timely and constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to curriculum refinement and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest quality of education.
Maintain a safe, productive, and inclusive learning environment, strictly adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocols.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
Manage basic technology to deliver training
Prior experience working for an aerospace company is desired

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this project level.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to adult learners.
