      Performs work functions within the Lamination area, some of which require specific skills, training, and standardized techniques. The selected candidate will apply resins and fibers using an internal mix gun with fiberglass chopper attachment. Product will be shot in necessary quantities to meet goals prescribed by management.Responsibilities:-Must comply with all safety requirements resulting in zero safety violations. This includes participating in all safety related activities such as safety talks, behavioral based safety observations, audits, etc.-Must wear all required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, Tyvek suit, full facemask respirator, and gloves-Must practice excellent time management of themselves and others working within the lamination department-Must be a self-starter requiring little to no supervision from upper management-Follows standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks as dictated by management-Responsible for operating a fiberglass chopper gun-Responsible for preventative maintenance practices of lamination equipment-Responsible for the hand-laying and rolling out of FRP product-Responsible for the monitoring of the machine parameters and resolving common process issues-Performs all standardized QC tests-Ensure serial number cards match tub completed prior to proceeding-Maintain accurate production documentation including shot sheets, stroke count log, and maintenance list-Report any tool problems and/or deficiencies immediately to the foreman or supervisor-Required to follow any other instructions or duties requested by a supervisorWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:High School diploma preferred, reading technical drawings and instructions dealing with trimming and drilling.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Minimum of a high school diploma preferred-Ability to read and write legibly-Ability to read technical drawings and instructions dealing with trimming and drilling-Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management-Must maintain excellent attendance and promote great work habits-Must have good physical agility and endurance, and be able to lift 80 lbs-Must have good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills-Some experience working with fiberglass and/or resins preferred This in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
