Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client seeking an Assembler II PNP for a manufacturing team in Newberry, FL. Requires technical knowledge, ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (M-F)
Pay: $15/hr

Responsibilities:

- Read instructions; follow established procedures.
- Collect all required material and equipment.
- Take precision measurements.
- Assemble components using power/hand tools.
- Check tools for proper operation.
- Ensure components and connections meet specifications.
- Perform Tasks:
Welding
Operating ATE or Hudson Bay equipment
Advanced electrical testing
Reworking PCB???s
Efficient operation of PNP machines
Soldering
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist/support others as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Highly detail oriented.
- Willingness to follow direct orders.
- Good understanding of quality control principles.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (technical school degree preferred).
- Able to use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists, and instructions for assembly/modification.
- Able to conduct basic electrical testing.
- Proven assembler experience.
- Relevant certifications.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
