As a Subassembly & Crating Associate, you will construct shipping structures and support warehouse requirements to ensure quality delivery. Responsibilities:
Build wood structures, operate hydraulic presses, and use crane systems to prepare materials for shipment.
Safely operate forklifts, change batteries/propane, and maintain a valid operator???s license.
Interpret blueprints to measure materials and follow strict packaging codes for accurate assembly.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in carpentry, mechanics, and packaging within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to manage high-volume inventory and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Experience with various equipment like Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selectors.

Qualifications:
Critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as a team.
Proficiency with technology, including RF devices and handheld computers.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and use power tools with a full range of motion
