The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling electro-mechanical components and small parts according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. This role supports production by performing precision assembly, inspecting work, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Assemble small components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools and equipment
Follow blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and assembly instructions
Perform wire routing, crimping, soldering, and mechanical assembly as required
Operate winding or assembly equipment to meet production targets
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
Use microscopes, measuring tools, and testing equipment when needed
Maintain accurate production records and communicate job progress to supervisors
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report defects or non-conformances
Follow safety procedures, quality procedures, and manufacturing protocols
Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in electronics, mechanical, or small parts assembly
Experience with soldering or IPC/J-STD standards preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Experience working with microscopes or precision assembly tools
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic math and mechanical aptitude
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
