Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily.
Location: Leesburg, FL.
As an Assembler, you will be the heartbeat of our production line, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will ensure every component is perfectly placed and every part meets our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Performing mostly seated, repetitive bench or line assembly to mass-produce small fastener parts and components.
- Component Verification: Ensuring all necessary components are correctly pulled according to the Assembly Book.
- Technical Fastening: Using manual tools like screwdrivers and pliers to bolt, pin, clip, or screw parts together.
- Inventory Prep: Counting, tagging, and bagging finished parts for shelf inventory or pending orders.
- Workflow Agility: Moving between different workstations or tasks as production needs and models change. - Daily Targets: Maintaining a steady pace to assemble between 800 and 1,000 pieces daily.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of related experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to regularly sit, use hands, and reach with arms.
- Capability to perform some standing and walking as required.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment
You will primarily work at a bench or assembly line. While the work is mostly manual, you may have occasional exposure (less than 20% of the time) to moving mechanical parts when using specific drills or air crimping machines.
