We are seeking motivated team players to join our assembly crew. In this role, you will work collaboratively in groups of varying sizes to produce high quality load centers and metering power management devices. As an Assembler, you will learn to perform all basic operations from start to finish, including setup, assembly, and quality troubleshooting. This is a dynamic, collaborative environment where every team member shares in material handling, inventory tracking, and station rotation to ensure safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and set up workstations to produce power management devices from start to finish.
- Work seamlessly within a group, rotating station to station to balance the workload.
- Perform routine quality checks and troubleshoot or repair devices when necessary to meet standard specs.
- Share responsibility for handling raw materials, moving finished products to designated areas, and safely hanging products on the paint line.
- Periodically count parts and proactively order new inventory as needed to keep the line moving.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical component production.
- Experience performing quality control checks or basic troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking or parts ordering systems

High School

Qualifications:
- Ability to wear all leather, steel toe boot metatarsal guard safety shoes for the duration of the shift. Shoes must meet the ASTM F2413 18 standard.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the entire duration of a shift (up to 12 hours).
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs independently during the shift. Assistance and two person lifts are provided for anything over 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory tracking and ordering parts.
- Strong team player with a willingness to rotate through multiple assembly stations.
Solid communication skills to coordinate setup and part ordering with the group.
