We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Assembly Technicians to join a manufacturing facility located along the National Turnpike corridor in Louisville. In this role, you will work on an active production floor to build, frame, and package large-scale industrial air filtration systems, heavy-duty housing units, and specialized air quality equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Assembly: Construct industrial air filter frames, HEPA modules, and commercial filter housing using power tools, rivet guns, drills, and pneumatic fasteners.
- Component Fitting: Measure, cut, seal, and fit filter media, metal mesh, synth-gaskets, and outer framing to exact spec sheets.
- Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate caulking guns, adhesive dispensers, crimpers, and light fabrication machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect assembed filters for proper seals, tension, alignment, and defects before final packaging.
- Material Handling & Packing: Label, wrap, secure, and load finished large-format units onto pallets for shipment.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area (5S guidelines) and follow all plant safety protocols.
- Required PPE: Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or warehouse production preferred.
-Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure and comfortably use standard hand and power tools.
- Blueprints: Ability to follow basic work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual assembly drawings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8???10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and perform continuous bending, stretching, and pushing/pulling of large frames.
