Responsibilities:
Receive detailed instructions on all work, under close supervision.
??? Position and align parts in fixtures or other holding devices.
??? Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as soldering, potting, encapsulating,
sanding, cleaning, epoxy, bonding, curing, laser welding, operation of pneumatic
machinery, pneumatic presses, etc.
??? Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases or other packing material.
??? May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device.
??? Mount assembled components such as resistors, capacitors and integrated
circuits.
??? Connect components, wires to printed circuit or route via soldering.
??? Adjust, trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or
dimensional characteristics.
??? Perform inline testing, inspection using measuring instruments and electrical test
equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production standards.
??? Ability to cross train on other programs in the facility.
??? Perform various repair/rework operations using approved written procedures.
??? Utilize schematics and blueprint drawings to complete work.
??? Intermittent OVERTIME, typically completed on Fridays.
??? Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Skills:
6 to 24 months of industrial electronics assembly experience or technical training. Advanced familiarity with wiring, bonding, welding, and soldering operations. Background working within ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management systems. Cross-training adaptability across multiple manufacturing programs.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Practical assembly techniques (soldering, potting, bonding, epoxy application, laser welding, and cleaning). Experience operating pneumatic machinery, holding fixtures, and presses. Inline inspection, testing, and measuring using electrical test equipment. Component mounting (resistors, capacitors, ICs) and circuit wiring. Ability to follow approved written procedures for repair and rework operations. Preferred Skills
