Responsibilities:
-Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
-Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
-Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
-Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
-Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
-Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
-Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
-Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
-Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
-Assist with building maintenance and reorganization projects as needed.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
-Affinity for and/or experience with outdoor work industries
-Must be a self-motivated and driven learner with a desire to grow and be developed

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-GED, Diploma, Degree or Equivalent
-Minimum 2+ years assembly experience
-Must be proficient utilizing computers, mobile devices, and core office applications
-Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
-Developed ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
-Must have the ability to stand, sit, and/or see a screen for a full work shift
-Must have the ability to safely lift 40 pounds
