Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: OFF
Consistency: No weekends and no rotating shifts.
Pay and Show Up Bonuses
Starting Pay: $15/hr with a clear path to raises.
The Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra $100 EVERY month just for being on time.
Extra Time Off: Score a bonus PTO day for every 6 months of perfect attendance.
Growth: This is a Temp-to-Hire path leading to Health Coverage and 401k Profit Sharing.
What You Will Do
Precision Assembly: Use hand and power tools to build high-quality components.
Follow the Plan: Read work orders, instructions, and diagrams to ensure every part is perfect.
Quality First: Use basic math and measurements to check your work.
Stay Active: Stand for your shift and perform repetitive, detailed tasks in a safe environment.
Who We Are Looking For
Handy: You have great manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Tool Savvy: You are comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and follow instructions well.
Experienced: You have at least 1 year of experience in a factory or warehouse.
