What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, machine tags, standard parts lists, and production orders to execute assembly builds.
• Retrieve required parts and safely move materials and subassemblies to and from workstations.
• Perform diverse assembly functions, including mechanical, electrical, soldering, wiring, and brazing operations.
• Assemble specific units and subassemblies (such as shells, condensers, and power blocks) to exact engineering prints.
• Utilize and operate various shop tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed parts and units to verify compliance with print specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and machinery.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment.
• Blueprint reading skills and the ability to follow technical production tags and documentation.
• Strong manual dexterity with regular speed and physical accuracy throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to handle steady active exertion, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving units.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and reliable attendance.
